Ouroboros

$250.00

This ancient symbol, also known as the “infinity snake” appears in many cultures including the early Egyptian (1600BC) Celtic, and Chinese civilizations.

In the hands of the Phoenicians and later, Greek philosophers it was given the name “Ouroborus”, meaning tail-devourer. Interestingly, it shares much the same meaning regardless of origin....."All is one"

The feathered serpent appears prominently in Olmec, Mayan and Aztec cultures and in the form of Ouroboros, represents the cyclical nature of all that exists, especially in the sense of something constantly re-creating itself...as it ends, so it begins anew.
